1.   • Verified Purchasers Only: We do not allow public, unsolicited reviews. In order to leave a review, a customer must first purchase a ParentlyGuided bundle. Upon successful completion of their purchase and experiencing the product, they are sent a secure email invitation to leave either an anonymous "Star Rating" or a "Star Rating plus Written Comment."

  • Total Review Count Calculation: The "Total Verified Reviews" number displayed on our website, marketing materials, and review summaries represents the cumulative aggregate of both anonymous star-only ratings and detailed written comments. The visible written text reviews featured on the page are manually selected representations of our community's feedback and constitute only a fraction of the total verified ratings received.

INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ParentlyGuided and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE All materials purchased from ParentlyGuided, including the 7-Day Reconnect Guide, Decode Your Teen Handbook, and conversation starters, are the exclusive, copyrighted property of the brand and are protected by international copyright laws.

 

  • Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a revocable, non-transferable, single-user license for personal, non-commercial use within your immediate household only.

     

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload to third-party platforms, or use our materials for commercial coaching, therapy, or training purposes without express written consent. Any unauthorized sharing is a strict violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund, followed by aggressive legal action for copyright infringement.

7. DIGITAL GOODS STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY At ParentlyGuided, our mission is to provide parents with research-backed tools. Because our materials are delivered instantly via digital download (PDF), we maintain a strict, non-negotiable No Refund Policy.

  • Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned." By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived the moment the download link is provided. The intellectual property is considered fully delivered upon purchase. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds or chargebacks will be honored.

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical error, a broken link, or a corrupted file that you cannot open, email us at support@parentlyguided.com with your order number. We will verify the issue and issue a functional replacement file immediately.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the country in which ParentlyGuided is located in, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Website or these Terms shall be instituted only in a state or federal court located in the country in which ParentlyGuided is located in. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts.
